Our shop is powered by Shopify. Your order, payment details, customer account and shipping information are stored on Shopify servers. Shopify may store data outside Australia (typically the United States and Canada). See Shopify's privacy policy.
Our newsletter and founding-member emails are sent via Mailchimp. If you subscribe to our email list, your email address (and first name, if you gave it) is stored with Mailchimp. See Mailchimp's privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of any email we send you.
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which measures site traffic and conversion funnels using anonymised, aggregated data. See Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser opt-out.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of any advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram, and to build custom audiences for retargeting. See Meta's privacy policy and manage your ad preferences via your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records a playback of your visit, which pages you viewed, where you scrolled, where you moved your mouse or tapped, and which buttons you clicked, and combines this into aggregated heatmaps. Clarity automatically masks the contents of text fields, so anything you type into a form (your email address, your name, your delivery address) is not captured in the recording. We use this only to find and fix problems with the site, never to identify you personally. Microsoft may store this data outside Australia. See Microsoft's privacy statement. You can opt out using Clarity's opt-out information, or by enabling Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser.
We do not currently run the TikTok Pixel on this site. If we begin advertising on TikTok, the TikTok Pixel would measure conversion events. See TikTok's privacy policy.
Payments are processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and/or Afterpay. Your card details are handled directly by the payment provider, we never see or store the numbers.
Your name, delivery address and phone number are shared with our shipping partners (Australia Post and courier partners) so they can deliver your order.
Our site uses cookies, small text files stored in your browser, for three main purposes:
You can control cookies via your browser settings. Most browsers accept them by default but let you block, delete or receive a warning before they're set. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the checkout flow.
We only send you marketing emails if you've asked us to, either by ticking a box during checkout, subscribing to the newsletter, or claiming the founding-member discount. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click once and you're off the list, immediately.
Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, tracking updates) are not marketing. They're a necessary part of your order, so they can't be unsubscribed from.
Your data is stored on secure servers operated by Shopify, Mailchimp, Google and our other providers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Some of these providers may store your data outside Australia (typically the United States, European Union or Canada). By using our site, you consent to your information being processed in those jurisdictions.
We hold on to order and customer data for as long as it's needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations under Australian tax and consumer law. If you'd like your data deleted, see section 8.

Our products are suitable for the whole family, but this website and our marketing communications are not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we've inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we introduce new third-party services or the law changes. Substantial changes will be communicated via a notice on this page or by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
