Right now we ship Australia-wide only. Every state and territory, from Perth to Hobart to Cairns to Darwin. We're a small family operation and we like to keep things simple, international shipping is on the roadmap once we scale.

Every jar is hand-poured and packed by our team on Australian soil. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).
You'll receive an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our workshop.

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and courier partners. During peak periods (Christmas, sales events) delivery can be a few days longer, please plan ahead.
Every order is sent with tracking. Once your parcel is picked up, you'll get an automated email with a link and tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

Every jar is boxed carefully, 100% Australian glass, snugly padded, but couriers are couriers. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days at [email protected] and we'll replace it, no questions asked.
